Kitten Care and Fostering 101

Join us for a series of 1 - 2 hour long seminars to learn more about your pet and homeless animals, and how to care for them. We are offering 4 classes this year. See below for the dates, times and topics and sign up for one or more!

LIVE Via Zoom 10 AM - 12 PM

With kitten season starting any day now, are you prepared for if you find a kitten, or kittens outside? What do you do if there is no mother cat? What role does the ACO play, and what can we at the shelter do?

If you have never fostered a kitten before, what should you expect to encounter in terms of medical needs? Are you prepared to save the life of a neonate? For older kittens, do you know how to bottle feed, and how to introduce wet food? What about socializing kittens, and introducing them to other animals? What should a good foster set-up look like?

Come learn the answers to all of these questions and more during our first Educational Seminar, hosted on Zoom! Learn from foster veterans and have your own questions answered during a Q & A session at the end.

Registration is FREE! Just send an email to rhianna@fatherjohns.org . The day before the seminar, we will send a link and information to the email provided. Our session will start at 10AM on March 6th and will last from 1 to 2 hours.

**Space is limited!! Seats are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Register by March 4th to reserve your spot!**
